| Curses: | Typical Curse: Saliva becomes thick, sweet syrup that clogs the throat, fattens bellies and pacifies the consumer. Traitor: For every Woodpecker that exists in the world, their pecking sensation is transmitted onto the traitor’s back. The traitor’s skin will mimic the bark of trees and their flesh will riddle with holes of wood as their blood trickles without end like water. Very slowly. If left untreated, the cursed will either die from blood loss, pain or mental issues. If the curse had survived until then, the affiliation would spread across the entire body first, then deeper into the bones. The furthest stage ever observed shows the swiss cheese-like individual rooted to the earth. Completely transformed into a misconfigured bark-life, they are yet kept alive by unknown nutrients. It is unsure whether any sensation remains, but holes still regularly appear on its trunk. |
