Aim:

The Ghostlight of the dead starts to illuminate the battlefield, slowly going out, one by one.

Their time was nearly gone. Every second was only bringing them closer to the black hole. They were already phasing in and out of reality.

“Hey, Aries?”

“Yeah, Luna?”

Aries was glad she could share the last moments of the universe with Luna.

“Remember when you promised me we’d have an epic battle someday?”

Oh. This is the best time for something like that, isn’t it?

“Yeah. Let’s do it, huh?”

Luna’s eyes lit up, her brightness being some of the only light left in the universe. “Yeah.”

And so, the lovers fought with their cyber-spears, and as they fell into the black hole, they collided and hugged, as everything at the same time disappeared.

Even at the end of time, they were never separated, once.
