**Aim:**

An absolute overlord who is always absent from the throne, only acting through conduits. To remain hidden is one matter, but sitting on a throne of skulls inside the castle of doom up the mountain of death is less interesting than touring and surveying their conquered land.

>“I united this land in pursuit of happiness. War was in my way, so I quenched it. I will not let reigning get in my way.”

Regularly goes missing, returns to court once in a moonlight. The Overdominion currently runs solely on the inner court consisting of his utmost loyal officers. The Legion runs autonomously according to his instructions.

On your d100 encounter rolls, NPCs have a chance to be the Overlord in disguise, experiencing life (00 - You encounter The Overlord, reroll and treat one of the creature as the Overlord).
